Procedure To locate Facilities

  • Fill in the Underground Location Request Form
  • Buried facilities will be marked according to the international color code
  • Digital photograph will accompany the written report detailing the location of the buried facilities
  • Contact person has the option to be onsite for the locate but not mandatory
  • Markings will be as per customer request, example; spray painted, staked, etc.
  • Locates can be done inside Buildings
